I’m Crystal Allison the owner and cake artist behind Fairytales & Frosting, a storybook inspired bakery built around the idea that food can be part of an experience, and a story worth telling.
I’ve spent more than a decade in the cake industry, creating custom cakes and edible art for birthdays, weddings, and all the beautifully chaotic moments in between.
What started as a creative outlet, grew into a career and eventually into a bakery that feels like an extension of who I am.
But the Fairytales part of Fairytales & Frosting isn’t just cute branding. I’m also an author. I write stories for young adults and children, and while these may seem like two completely different careers, they come from the same place for me.
Fairytales & Frosting is where those two sides of myself finally get to co-exist. I am so happy you're here! I hope I can be a small part of your story and help make your celebrations a little more magical.
