Learn the foundations of cake decorating in this beginner-friendly, hands-on class.
Each guest will receive their own 6-inch cake and everything needed to fill, ice and decorate it. We will guide you through the basics of assembling a cake, creating a smooth buttercream finish and using piping bags and decorating tips.
You will learn:
How to fill and assemble a layered cake
How to apply a buttercream crumb coat
Basic cake-icing techniques
How to prepare and use a piping bag
Beginner piping borders and decorations
At the end of class, your finished cake will be boxed and ready to take home.
