Advanced Decorating Class

Ready to take your decorating skills a little further? Our advanced classes offer more time, more detailed instruction and more advanced decorating projects

These classes are perfect for guests who have already practiced the basics and want to build their confidence and expand their decorating skills.

Techniques may include:

• Covering and decorating cakes with fondant

• Creating fondant accents and decorations

• Working with floral piping tips

• Piping buttercream flowers, leaves and greenery

• Arranging decorative elements on a finished cake

• Creating a polished, professional-looking design

Each guest will complete a decorated cake to take home.

Price: $125 per person
Class Length: Approximately 3–4 hours
Skill Level: Intermediate to advanced
Includes: Cake, buttercream, fondant, decorating supplies, use of tools and a take-home cake box.
